What we value
Safety is the responsibility of all employees. We have a zero tolerance towards unsafe practices and our commitment and awareness of this is driven through our Be Safe initiative.
Through the Civil Construction Federation (CCF) we are audited annually to achieve WHS AS4801-2001 accreditation.
We work as a team to ensure every work site is safe.
Our safety culture is achieved and underpinned by:
- Policies and procedures
- Developing knowledge and accountability by providing clear and concise safety instructions
- Communication and training
- Use of our WHS Monitor app for conducting daily vehicle checks and worksite risk assessment
- Employee and site safety inductions
- Driving a “no blame” culture and encouraging the reporting of all incidents and near misses
- Conducting a Verification of Competency (VOC) for all operations staff
