URBANS Environmental team were recently observing the regeneration of areas affected by the Scott Creek / Cherry Gardens Fire.
Not long after the fire, native vegetation shows signs of regrowth and new germination, yet there is always the element of weed seed introduction due to the bare earth that remains.
This observation formed part of a training day that was conducted by the URBANS Environmental division focussing on working within isolated zones.
