The Modbury Precinct is undergoing a major transformation to become even more vibrant, prosperous and attractive as it evolves as a key centre for activity, diversity and culture.
The Urbans Civil and Landscape Construction team have just completed the City of Tea Tree Gully Streetscape Upgrade to Reservoir and Ladywood Roads, between North East Road and Solandra Way Modbury.
Works included large scale priority public realm streetscape redesign and upgrade to the footpaths, verges and medians, large scale planting and irrigation.
